lib32gcc1-dbg software package provides GCC support library (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lib32gcc1-dbg

lib32gcc1-dbg is installed in your system.
